Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped discreetly in plain packaging.

We ship via UPS Monday through Friday.  The following methods are used:

• Overnight Air Next Business Day (by 6pm)
• Overnight Air Next Business Morning (by 10:30am)
• Second Business Day (by 6pm)
• Ground (3-5 business days, Monday - Friday)
• Saturday Delivery (for orders received on Thursday after 3pm or on Friday, if selected)

Please Note: All orders over $100 require an adult signature!

All ground packages are sent United States Postal Service.

If you are not going to be home, the carrier will accept a signed note instead of a person physically being there (unless the package is shipping to a business).

The note attached securely to the front door should read: "UPS:  Please leave package from Division One Concepts." and make sure you sign and date the note.

We suggest you call us if you have any questions or to get detailed information on shipping options.

When shipping by Ground, if the package is over $100 The United States Postal Service may leave a notice on your door for signature instead of accepting your pre-signed note. Follow the instructions on the note.

In the case of apartment buildings, gated communities and/or trailer parks some couriers deliver packages to Management Office. We suggest you call us for details. (800) 206-9275.

All orders will be shipped the same day if received by 3pm EST Monday-Friday.  Orders received on Saturday or Sunday--at any time--are shipped out the following Monday.

Priority Overnight Delivery: AM

Orders placed prior to 3pm on Mondays through Thursdays will be delivered on the following business day before 10:30am IN MOST, but NOT ALL AREAS. In some rural areas or townships delivery cannot be made, even with the fastest shipping method (AM Delivery), until 12 NOON or 4:30pm in the worst cases. If you live in a major city, chances are delivery can be made on or before 10:30am. If you are not sure, you can always call the shipper at 1-800-PICK-UPS and tell them your zip code to be advised of your package's shipping time. Overnight orders placed on Fridays will not be delivered until Monday, unless specified for Saturday delivery, which includes an additional $20.00 charge. Saturday deliveries are NOT available in rural zones.

Overnight Delivery: PM

Orders placed prior to 4pm on Mondays throught Thursdays will be delivered the following business day, most likely after 12pm. Overnight orders placed on Fridays will not be delivered until Monday, after 12pm, unless specified for Saturday delivery which includes an additional $20.00 charge.

2nd Day Delivery:

Orders placed prior to 4pm on Mondays -Thursdays will be delivered the second business day before 6:30pm. Second Day orders placed on Thursdays will not be delivered until Monday. Orders placed on Friday by 4pm will be delivered on Tuesday before 6:30pm.

Express Saver (3 Business days)

Orders placed prior to 4pm on Mondays through Thursdays will be delivered on the third business day before 6:30pm. Thursdays will not be delivered until Tuesday. Orders placed on Friday by 4pm will be delivered on Wednesday before 6:30pm.

Saturday Delivery

In order to receive a package for Saturday delivery it must be specified and there is a $49.95 charge for Saturday delivery, an additional $20.00 fee to the priority overnight delivery charge.

US POSTAL SERVICE - Priority Mail (2-7 Business days) United States Only

Orders placed prior to 4pm on Mondays -Thursdays will be delivered to the US Post Office next day. We do not ship Overnight Delivery to a POST OFFICE BOX. We do NOT ship to military addresses!

FREE Priority Overnight Delivery with $135.00 Purchase:

Orders placed prior to 4pm on Mondays -Thursdays will be delivered the following business day before 10:30am in most areas, some rural areas by 3pm. Overnight orders placed on Fridays will not be delivered until Monday, unless specified for Saturday delivery, which includes an additional $20.00 charge. When Paying Via Credit Card:

All billing and shipping information must be accurate and be verifiable with credit card companies. If you are shipping your package to an address other than your billing address please call the phone number on the back of your credit card and ask them to put an alternate ship address on your account. This is for security purposes, and will help in expediting your order.
